All Uvex Rx safety frames have designated side shields. Every side shield model is designed, manufactured, and tested for use on safety frames bearing the Uvex Rx trademark ONLY. They are tested to meet the ANSI Z87.1-1989 (R-1998) standards for impact resistance.
NOTICE! It is important to understand that the liability for performance of Uvex Rx side shields extends solely to Uvex Rx frames and to no others.

The key to the T-LOC is the "twist-off," which quickly fastens sideshields to frames with a few effortless turns. The Uvex Rx T-LOC is a lightweight, economical, durable device suitable for all Uvex Rx plastic and metal safety frames.
